These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between WeboFlex (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the client (“you”, “your”) for the use of our web development, eCommerce store creation, and website maintenance services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Scope of Services
WeboFlex provides professional services including but not limited to WordPress and Shopify website development, eCommerce store setup, bug fixing, speed optimization, payment gateway integration, domain/hosting setup, SEO setup, and ongoing maintenance and support.
2. Project Timelines
Project timelines are estimated based on the scope of work and will be communicated clearly before project initiation. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content, approvals, or access credentials) may impact delivery dates.
3. Payment Terms
Payments must be made in full or as per agreed milestone terms before the delivery of the final work. We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Payoneer, Wise, (For Pakistani Clients JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay) and other approved methods. Payment details will be shared in the official invoice. All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are exclusive of any transaction fees, which are the client’s responsibility.
4. Revisions & Modifications
Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions outside the original scope or after final delivery will incur extra charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable once the project has started or deliverables have been submitted. Refunds are only considered in cases of full non-delivery, and only after a mutual review of the situation. No refunds are provided for change of mind or delay from the client’s end.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property including website design, code, and deliverables becomes the property of the client upon full payment. WeboFlex reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all necessary materials, login credentials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. WeboFlex will not be held responsible for project delays due to incomplete or incorrect information from the client.
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all project data, client access credentials, and business information. Your data is never shared with third parties except for essential operational purposes, and only with your consent or as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
WeboFlex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or downtime, arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee any specific sales or SEO rankings unless explicitly stated in a separate performance agreement.
10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to that point. Any outstanding balance must be cleared before files or credentials are handed over.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WeboFlex is officially registered. Any disputes will be subject to the local courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
WeboFlex reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or sharing via email. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
